Sochi is a resort town located on the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory. Greater Sochi is  also called a resort area of federal significance, which unites the city of Sochi itself and several  coastal settlements. The park is located in the Imereti Valley in the Adler district of Sochi.  Next to it was the Olympic Village, which later became a fashionable recreation area.

The university will become the core of the  innovative scientific and technological center, which is being created here in the Imereti Valley.
